Introduction: These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) oversee your use of the services provided by Golden’s Logistics & Dispatching Services, LLC (the “Company”). By using the services, you approve to be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the services.

• “Services” refers to the logistics and dispatching services provided by the Company.
• “Client” refers to the individual or entity who is receiving the Services.

Service Provision: The Company agrees to provide the Services to the Client in a professional and timely manner. The Client agrees to provide all the necessary materials and information to the Company to enable the Company to provide the Services.

Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees for the Services as agreed upon between the Client and the Company. The Company may change the fees for the Services at any time by providing written notice to the Client.

Term and Termination: These Terms will commence on the date of the agreement between the Client and the Company and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client must immediately cease using the Services and pay any outstanding fees.

Warranty Disclaimer: The Services are provided “as is” and the Company makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or indirect, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be nonstop or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: In no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, secondary, special, or significant damages, arising out of the use of the Services or inability to use the Services, even if the Company has been directed of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be administered by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located, without inflicting any effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms form the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and surpass all prior contracts and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.
